Usages:
JT-60-S Ultrasonic nonwoven bag making machine is applicable to non-woven fabric, chemical synthetic fabric, adhesive-bonded seaming, edge cutting and automatic hemming, straight seaming, curve seaming and turn-around seaming.
Functions:
1. Simultaneous edge cutting and trimming: Single side cutting and hemming, glossy and flat and free from rough selvage, in accordance with the requirements for quality control.
2. Etching: Carving all the patterns that have been etched and smoothing
3. Transfer printing: Printing into the materials the printing paper
4. Fusion: Stronger two-layer or multi-layer material fusion in lieu of sewing with the thread and needle
5. Cutting: Cutting the material one by one or as a whole and doing edge hemming, no burr
